Everybody at the C.B.S is very excited about their very first active week. We have lots of events planned for the week with Wake Up Shake Up every morning, Drop everything and dance, the goal challenge, walk a mile with a smile, penalties against the principal and a very special visit from athlete Keith White to name a few. A full timetable of events will be displayed on our Active School Notice Board inside the front door from tomorrow morning.
Remember everybody should be getting at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day! Are you? During active school week record your activity in your homework journal and see are you active enough.
WALK ON WEDNESDAY
What a great way to get exercise and fresh air both at the same time. Take advantage of these beautiful summer mornings and where possible walk to school. Please make an extra special effort on Wednesday of our Active School Week because its W.O.W!! Come on everybody let's get moving!!!
